If partying like an Irishman means stepping out for you, scan local listings and city sites for the cornucopia of parades, festivals and events in honor of St. Patrick. Finding an event should not be a great feat, but if you happen to live in a less than Irish-glowing town, perhaps a nice road trip to the next town with the event of green of your choice is in order.
