Adobe Releases Foreign Language Software

Adobe has announced at Frankfurt Book Fair 2001 the release of its Adobe Acrobat Book Reader software for French, German and Spanish readers. The release makes it the only eBook reader to support both Windows and Mac platforms in the most popular Western languages and continues Adobe's drive towards making PDF documents and eBooks accessible on all popular computer devices.

BinaryThing, the ePublishing Network, has announced the launch of its ePublish Store Web site, the brand-new online software store for print and Web publishing professionals. ePublish Store opens with more than 250 products and 45 companies, and lets visitors instantly purchase and download any of the tools listed. The store has grown from the immense popularity of the Planet PDF Store, which receives more than 13,000 downloads each month and almost 250,000 page impressions, and at launch opens with a host of new tools in many newly added ePublishing categories.
