(linked) on several web sites, so use a search engine to find it. You should be able to just use her name. I'm not suggesting you buy her book but it isn't expensive, around $9 for a download, which is less than you would invest in postage sending out your book to publishers via snail mail. I said last week that I would discuss pricing your book and why the prices of some e-books are so inexpensive or even free while others are almost as much as the paper editions - but I'll save that for next week.
