File came as a zipped file. First downloaded, then extracted, and then opened. Cut and paste method for each graphic and for me the only option was to "save as" a bitmap (not a professional image of my choice) from the eBook.

File came as a PDF file. Downloaded, then opened in Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 or higher. Cut and paste method for each graphic. All images are .jpg professional images.

Print capabilities of all the graphics

Not that I could find.

Yes. Images are in an eBook format and easily viewable in print.
