Once you have the bouquet to your satisfaction, wrap the tissue around the flowers and secure with the ribbon in the middle and a piece at the base. Fan out the tissue paper for the rainbow effect, add your card if you like and voila, a gift for Mom that she can place in a vase and display just like fresh flowers.
