Need a place to keep all of your contacts & notes. Art Plus EasyNoter may be the tool that you are looking for in a Personal Information Manager (PIM). I've been a user of Art Plus EasyNoter Pro for over a year now & have found this PIM to be a convenient, handy tool that looks & feels like a real address book. Keep addresses, notes, schedules, & even photos within Art Plus EasyNoter. Create folders & forms within the Address & Notes section. Highlight text with different fonts & colours. Create hyperlinks within these sections that when clicked will bring you to your favourite webpage or will open your default e-mail client. Create entries within the Diary section or have Art Plus EasyNoter remind you of an imporant appointment utilizing the Reminder section.

Export your addresses & notes to one of three formats, txt, rtf. Import txt, rtf, comma separated, tab separated, & previous Art Plus EasyNoter files.

Stuck? No problem. Art Plus EasyNoter comes with an extensive help topics. Need more writing room? Expand the writing area by clicking on the Full Screen tab. Options include changing the default text style, startup options, password (don't forget your password, otherwise you will lose your data), change the default skin, diary, & quick launch options.

Besides opening your favourite Media player & Calculator (changeable under the Options menu), icons include a Phone Dialar & access to My Computer. Finally, print your notes and/or addresses with the built-in print utility.

I've given this program my personal rating (5-Best, 4-Very Good, 3-Good, 2-Fair,1-Poor) as well as a brief description of the Pros & Cons.

The above-mentioned software was tested using a PC computer with the following criteria: AOpen, AMD-K6(tm-2), 300 MHZ, 294 MB RAM, & Windows ME. Monitor used is a Viewsonic 17", Model A70, screen resolution 1024x768. It should be noted that due to the wide range of systems used, I cannot guarantee how this software will perform on your computer.
