The next release from Ancient will be a mini-CD. The album will be titled "God Loves The Dead" and will be released in October 23rd. The mini album will include live recordings, remixes, a new version of 'Trolltaar' as well as a cover song. The disc will also include two videos of the songs 'God Loves The Dead' and 'Um Sonho Psycodelico', both previously unreleased. This album will be the first recording with their new drummer. In related news Aphazel and Deadly Kristin finished the recordings for their project Dreamlike Horror. They hope to release it in Fall.

Disinter have managed to sign a deal with Morbid Records for their next album. Their current released, "Welcome To Oblivion", has been licensed into a France label.

Red Stream has released an MCD from Judas Iscariot in September. The album is titled "Dethroned, Conquered and Forgotten".

Flower Kings bass player Jonas Reingold has had a serious injury of his left hand which he sustained during a football/soccer match on September 5th . "He had a successful surgery, but it's unfortunately quite obvious that we will have to cancel our USA and Canada dates which were scheduled to begin next month" Jonas will need to rest for 5-6 weeks . We cannot risk his full recovery. According to the doctors, Jonas should be fully recovered by the start of our European tour which is scheduled to begin the first week of November .

Though certain members have split from Angra, the band has not called it quits. Guitarists Rafael Bittencourt and Kiko Loureiro have decided to carry on the Angra name and tradition, while singer Andre Matos, drummer Ricardo Confessori and bassist Luis Mariutti have gone their separate ways. The duo is already auditioning new members and writing songs for Angra's new album (release date to be scheduled). The most recent additions to the line up are these of Eduardo and Tito Falaschi from Symbols, while the band is still looking for a drummer.

The upcoming Megadeth album, "Capitol Punishment", is the band's first best-of compilation. The album will also include some new tracks.
