Review of the week:

RAGE - Ghosts / Drakkar

The new album of Rage finds the band in a new music direction, although not exactly new. The good old Rage music, mixed with more classical influences and quite more melodic due to the use of classical and symphonic arrangements. Lingua Mortis orchestra in once again present and this time they are playing a bigger part in the music. Of course Rage are still a heavy metal band and there's no doubt about it. Peavey has composed some of his best tunes, the productions is perfect and Rage are presenting to us maybe their most mature album so far. A concept album telling the story of a ghost. They know what they want and they know how to get it. Open up your ears, accept the melody and the ghost of Rage possess you.
