Healthy Delicious Cream of Brocoli Soup Recipe

The foundation of being beautiful is eating well! So here is a yummy recipe, that is both easy to make and healthy...

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 pound of chopped broccoli

  • 2 diced potatoes

  • 2 teaspoons of chopped garlic

  • 1/4 of an onion (diced)

  • 4 cups of chicken broth

  • 1/2 a cup of cream

  • a bit of corn starch

  • 2 ounces of butter

    SEASONING:

  • salt

  • pepper

    HOW TO DO IT:

    1.Melt the butter in a saucepan.

    2.Add in the garlic and onions, and cook until soft.

    3.Add in the brocolli and potato, mix well and let it cook for a while.

    4.Add in the chicken broth.

    5.After it boils, simmer for 10 minutes until the vegetables are soft.

    6.Use a blender to mix the vegetables to tiny pieces.

    7.Pour the soup back into the saucepan and heat.

    8.Add in the corn starch and cream and boil.

    9.It's done! Enjoy with some garlic bread :)
