Ways to Feel Better After A Hard Day (Part 1)

I've compiled a list of 20 ways to feel better after a long, hard day. Here are some things you can do when you ready to cry, scream or collapse. It took me quite some time to finish it, as I had to do the illustrations. Okay, I know the watercolor pictures are not great... but I just draw for fun, so bear with me :) I've divided it into 2 sections, because of the many graphics, to avoid long loading time. So... relax and enjoy!

1. Take a nice refreshing shower.

2. Treat yourself to a nice big bowl of ice cream with your 3 favourite flavours.

3. Dance to music, all by yourself.

4. Go jogging.

5. Curl up with a nice book.

6. Paint a self portrait.

7. Get yourself some flowers. Admire them.

8. Sing to yourself.

9. Bake cookies for everyone.

10. Fold a lot of paper cranes and link them up with strings. Hang them around your room.
