Hire someone to find them. If you do not know the location of your ex-spouse, be diligent. Send notices to their parents, siblings, or other contacts. If you bug them they might be willing to help you find them. Make sure that you let the parents or contacts know that you have only their address and you are doing this for the children rather than the money.
Keep up the visitation
Just remember that even if the deadbeat parent refuses to pay their child support, they still have a right to see their kids, even if they have not seen the children in years. Visitation is not related to nonpayment of child support and the court can continue to allow the children to visit even when the other parent is behind or not making child support payments.
