10. Today, I will kiss my kids and tell them how much I love them. 9. I will do things to the best of my ability to help "share" my kids with their other parent. 8. I will write down and track all my activities regarding my children and their other parent. 7. I will copy receipts, pictures and other items for my children and send them regularly to my ex. 6. I will watch what I say and not say "bad" things about my ex. 5. I will learn to express my feelings in an appropriate manner and not burden my children with them. 4. I will find a support group or other support system to help me cope. Try any of the following websites: http://www.snap.com/main/page/pcp/0,3,-2... http://www.parentswithoutpartners.org/ http://www.nucleus.com/~jlassali/ http://www.freeyellow.com/members4/singl... http://www.fortnet.org/sph/main.htm http://www.geocities.com/Heartland/Plain... http://www.vix.com/pub/men/single-dad.ht... 3. I will remind my children of the good and positive things their other parent does and can do. 2. I will remind myself that the other parent has feelings too. I will make an effort to include them in all the major decisions affecting my children. And the Number 1 New Millennium- New Year's Resolution: 1.
