How can Equal Opportunity Employment be present if Equal Employment Consideration is not present?

Is Equal Opportunity Employment possible for the disabled?

Have you ever thought all I need is a chance to prove myself? You are wishing for Equal Employment Consideration. Equal consideration may be more important than Equal Employment Opportunity? How can one become employed if they first are not given equal consideration?

Government maintains that your Civil Rights are protected. How is this possible when your Civil Rights Law contains language that may adversely affect you? If this language injures employment opportunities, how will you ever possess Equal Employment Consideration much less Equal Employment Opportunity? These two go together like a horse and carriage. You can’t have one without the other.

ADA would have helped qualified disabled individuals if not for Title V. So long as Title V remains unchanged, no qualified disabled person will truly be seen as an asset to the employer. If we are not assets then how can we expect to obtain Equal Employment Consideration or its cousin Equal Opportunity Employment? So long as Title V is present how can our Civil Rights be protected?
