Self- determination is not possible if Self --Relience is missing..

Society must realize that employment flows from self reliance and self determination grows out of employment. Therefore the first step to regaining self determination is to be perceived as self reliant. When employers perceive you to be self-reliant then your chances of employment become much greater. When you become employed then and only then may you say that you have regained your right of self-determination.

So help us become self-reliant. Then help us gain employment by removing all artificial barriers. When we are employed then and only then can you say that you have helped us regain our right of self determination.
