Once you have both sides of the information, then you are in a position to make an informed medical decision regarding your personal health care. Remember to involve your regular medical professionals in any decisions you make. It is important that you involve all parties since conventional, alternative and complementary medicine and the mixing of all three disciplines can have serious repercussions. Mixing some health food store products with prescription medications can have life threatening consequences. Therefore all your health professionals need to be in the same "loop".
