-> Add Noise... Check the circle next to "Gaussian" and use the slider to adjust the amount of noise you wish to have. (I use around 10ish.)

Remember when I said that the values for the Red/Green/Blue sliders should add to 100? Forget that. Play around with it and see what happens. You can't break the photo, just so long as you don't save over the original, right? Open up different photos and test this technique out.
