Note that the current operating system is selected by default; it cannot be deselected. Batch Renaming Using the File Browser Menu This method allows you to quickly rename all of the files in a particular folder.
Note that Photoshop CS and JASC Pain Shop Pro also have batch capabilities. In Photoshop CS, choose File > Automate > Batch. In Paint Shop Pro, choose File > Batch > Process (or Rename, depending on what you want to do). Other programs may have this type of command as well -- look in the help files for the word "batch."
