Beware of 4-1-9 Scams
In another scam U.S. bonds are offered to the victim. These authentic looking "bonds" are payable by the "Ministry of Finance of the United States of America." The one minor problem the victim has is that there is no "Ministry of Finance" in the U.S. and never was one. So the victim can't exactly cash them in anywhere. To stay safe remember: in Cyberspace if it sounds too good to been true it probably is a scam.
