This week there has been an untold number of deaths in the family we call America. I am both saddened and angry about what has happened, as is the rest of the country and most of the world as well. I will not run a recipe this week. Instead, I will print a quote from George W. Bush. My heart goes out to the victims of these senseless attacks and their families. I have been going through a memory from my childhood; a memory of a warm summer day in New York City. My father and I visited the World Trade Center of course. The view from high up was breath-taking. But even more awesome, was the view from below. I stood and stared up at these two magnificent towers and to this day I am awed by the view. I hope someday, that view will return as NY rebuilds.
