This is one of the few recipes I will publish which uses sugar. (corn syrup too)
Low-Fat Chocolate Cake
In a bowl, combine the first six ingredients. In another bowl, whisk egg whites, water and corn syrup. Stir into dry ingredients. Pour into a 9-inch square baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack. Dust with confectioners' sugar. Nutritional Analysis: Diabetic Exchanges:
