Diabetic Recipes

My mother-in-law is a diabetic, so I am always on the look out for recipes with low, or no, sugar. The internet has been a treasure trove of goodies, especially desserts. Since "Mom" also has a major sweet-tooth, those recipes come in extremely handy.

Here's one I found at www.cookierecipe.com; which is an offshoot of allrecipe.com. It's not only healthy, but quick and easy as well.
