Ireland's Oldest Garden - Part I

the British Isles. Considered primarily the work of the 4th and 6th Earls, they have come down to us in the 21st century almost intact.

Here is a map detailing what current garden visitors can find at Killruddery:

Part II of Ireland's Oldest Garden is a virtual exploration of existing 17th and 18th century features. These include twin mirror-like canals and the only turfed outdoor amphitheater still in use for summer productions.

Part III of Ireland's Oldest Garden continues the virtual exploration highlighting 19th century features such as the Elizabethan-Revival lavender and rose gardens, ornamental octagonal dairy and Victorian statues. Implementation of future restoration plans will also be discussed.
