The first and biggest who cares storyline is Colin's. Who cares if he marries Elizabeth, a character we know almost nothing about and don't want to know anymore? Who cares about his and Jen's endless campfire talk when everyone knows she should be with Jack? Who cares if he shaved?! It's a story that I just could care less about.
The next who cares on my list is this awful Jack/Greta and Brandon/Jen story. NONE of these people belong together. Not one! It is a complete waste of time and story to keep on with this. Everyone knows that Jack and Jen belong together and that eventually they will be together. All this in between nonsense is just wasted screen time.
Next on the list is Nicole supposedly marrying Victor. The show finally hit on something with Nicole and Austin but of course he is leaving the show so that storyline is out the window for now. But it doesn't mean that Nicole should marry Victor just for the money and position. Let her brief involvement with Austin make her want to boost her own self esteem by being her own woman and being strong on her own. Forget Victor!
The next who cares is not so much a who cares as a why must they do this again story. Now that Austin left without revealing Sami's lies and she certainly is not going to do it, that leaves her open to keep on with her lies and vendetta against Kate and Lucas. Now for the next who knows how many years Kate, Lucas and Sami will be going at each other in the same old storyline. With Sami's lies still not being exposed the show can play this storyline for years more! And while I think Kate and Sami will always be at each other's throats I was really hoping that Sami and Lucas would be on the same side for once and maybe even develop feelings for each other but I guess that is not going to happen now.
Maybe it's just me, maybe I am the only one who wishes desperately for a fast forward button every time these storylines come on but then again maybe I am not alone. Some stories just do not work and in my opinion these stories do not work. I was hoping with the new writers that these stories would be drastically changed or dropped all together. Maybe they just have not gotten around to it yet. I hope.
