All Bad Things Must Come To An End

For the better part of 5 years or more fans have watched as Sami schemed, lied, betrayed and did whatever it took to get her hands on Austin. She broke up her sister's marriage, drugged him, lied about him being Will's father and on and on. But even so, Austin as dumb as he is, fell in love with her despite all this thinking Sami could and had changed. Of course, Sami is still the same scheming, hating witch she has always been and that is why she and Austin will NEVER make it to the altar.

This relationship was doomed from day one. Sami and Austin are just too different and they have NO chemistry as a couple. Fans do not want them together and most fans I have talked to haven't wanted them together from day one. The show has wasted a lot of years and storyline trying to make Sami and Austin into a couple only to have it blow up in their faces. Only recently have they realized this and realized that this entire storyline has got to go and the character of Austin is going with it.

Sami will never change. I would like to think that everyone can change if they want to but you see Sami does not want to, she never has. She has always been a schemer and a liar and she doesn't know any other way to live. She hates Lucas and unless a miracle happens she always will. She hates Kate and I think she always will. This makes any relationship, much less a marriage, impossible since Lucas and Kate are very important to Austin. He would never be able to get past her hatred of his family members. Not that it matters, because and if you did not hear me the first time, Austin and Sami have NO chemistry.

The show has finally realized that going on with this story is a waste of time. It took them 5 years or more but finally someone realized it. Now the question remains what to do with Sami after Austin is gone. Brandon is the obvious answer, Sami and Brandon are so much alike that they would make a great pair. But I know many fans who continue to root for Sami to stop hating Lucas and for them to have a relationship. Sami would have to give up years and years of hatred and revenge for that to happen and it's hard to see her doing that. But Sami and Brandon I can see and hope I do see in the very near future. But as for Austin and Sami, I say goodbye and good riddance. The change is long overdue.
