Swap Your Partner

After watching the show lately I seem to be hearing square dance music and the phrase "swap your partner" all the time. It seems that everyone is playing musical partners or that they will be shortly and it's going to be hard to keep track of what's going on.

The partner swap has already started with Jack and Jen. Jack is out with Greta while Jen is out with Brandon. Then Greta sees Colin and thinks he's not too bad. Brandon is still pining for Sami and also using Lexie to get back at Abe. While Abe is turning to Faye to unload all his problems. That's 8 people swapping their partners and that doesn't include Colin's fiancee Elizabeth who may yet want to swap her partner as well!

The next set of partner swappers include Brady, Phillip, Chloe, Belle, Shawn, Mimi and who knows who else! It seems that Shawn and Belle are getting closer and then the show throws some scenes in that try to make the fans think Belle has some kind of "feelings" for Phillip. Then Philip rescues Mimi and they sort of bond. Add to that Brady and Chloe spending time together while Chloe and Phillip think about each other and it's swap your partner at warp speed.

Bo, Hope, John and Marlena are in sort of a time warp partner swap. Bo is suspicious that Hope is keeping something from him and Marlena is always worried about John and his past with Gina. Hope is determined to find out just how great the passion was between John and Gina. And John is trying to figure out a way to put a stop to it all. Maybe these four are playing swap your partners mind instead.

It sure seems that over the next few weeks and maybe even months that fans are going to need a chart to keep up with the revolving partner door. Or maybe fans can invent a new game called swap your partner. Every time someone on the show goes out with or has thoughts of another partner, fans can shout swap your partner at the tv screen. The way things are going a whole show could be nothing but screaming swap your partner!
