And So It Begins

The baby switch storyline has been hanging in the balance of time for quite a while now, and finally there is some real movement on getting this secret out into the open. The father of Marlo's baby has appeared and will soon make life for many Salem residents very turbulent to say the least.

Lexie has been beside herself with worry that the truth about Marlo would come out and that she would lose Isaac. Stefano has tried to reassure her and also done everything he could to dispose of the evidence of Marlo's body. But, they didn't count on someone from Marlo's past crawling out of the woodwork. When Glen shows up in Salem both Lexie and Stefano are going to be hard pressed to cover up what he knows.

Lexie has been steadily moving towards a life as a true Dimera and the upcoming story line has her going down that path even farther. Rumors are that she will find out the truth about her baby and will keep that secret even from Hope. I predict that Lexie will do whatever she feels she has to in order to hold on to Isaac. But where will that leave her after the storyline is over?

Will Lexie be redeemable or will what she has done be unforgivable? I just can't see Hope forgiving Lexie anytime soon for keeping the fact that she has Hope's real baby a secret from her. The story line sounds extremely heart wrenching and I think the fans can look forward to some great scenes coming up soon.

But how long will it take for ALL the truth to come out? Months? Years? Given Days' past record of keeping secrets for years on end I would not expect this to be resolved completely anytime soon. But, at least it is moving along finally. And, it's about to get very interesting for Lexie.

Will Stefano be able to silence Glen? Will Lexie be able to keep this secret from everyone she loves? Only time will tell and it looks to be a rocky road from here on out.
