Do you say Penne or Mostaccioli ?

Baked Mostaccioli (not so quick, but pretty easy)
1 lb. Dried Penne Pasta
1 lb. Italian Sausage
1 lb. Ground Beef
1 lb. Sliced Button Mushrooms
3 oz. Sliced Pepperoni
1 48 oz. Jar of Spaghetti Sauce
2 6 oz. Cans of Tomato Paste (Italian or Pesto variety)
1 lb. Grated Mozzarella Cheese
1 Green Pepper (diced)
1 Medium Yellow Onion (diced)
1 T. Italian Seasoning
½ t. Basil
3 cloves of Minced Garlic

Place the sliced mushroom, onion and green pepper in a large frying pan along with the Italian Sausage and Ground beef. Add herbs and spices. Cook until the meats are browned and onion and green pepper are tender. Drain grease.

Prepare the Pasta according to the package directions. Drain and rinse with Cold Water. Place the pasta in a large bowl along with the tomato paste and Spaghetti sauce. Add the meat mixture, slice pepperoni, and half of the mozzarella cheese and mix well. Place contents in a Large Casserole dish or baking pan(at least a 4 or 5 quart dish) Sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese over the top and bake 25-35 minutes in a preheated 350 degree F.Oven. Serve hot.
