Take the next day off. Having used muscles you didn't know that you had, you are liable to be just a wee bit stiff the next morning. Perhaps you can just sit around the pool or lie in the shade of a beach umbrella and read a book and stare out at the surf at Castle's, a surfing spot at Waikiki made famous by Duke Kahanamoku, the father of surfing, who was said to have ridden a 16 foot board made of koa wood, designed after the ancient Hawaiian olo boards. You might not be quite ready to take on Castle's just yet.
