Fun is not a revolutionary film, but it is engrossing and memorable nonetheless. What it lacks in originality, it delivers in superior acting and ambitious direction. The subject matter is rough, raw and frightening, and Zielinski portrays it as such. The end result is a film that will leave viewers equally satisfied and disturbed.
