Another contains a description of how to referee. You can also read how to brush and iron a billiard table. Two separate parts explain the Snooker and Billiards rules respectively. The rules of Snooker and Billiards are included and each one is explained in detail with examples of various situations that may occur and to show the reader what to do in different circumstances.
