As long as you have a General Practitioner who understands the research you present him, then you can allow any Dr. even half the globe away to control what does, and doesn't occur with administration of the treatment. All local testing would be controlled via the specialist whom is far away, and the General Practitioner simply follows instructions to make the necessary appointments via telephone, fax, and e-mail. Remember we don't live in a "BIG" world anymore. Everything is simply a phone call, or click away. What I suggest is you provide your GP with all necessary research including phone numbers of those willing to assist you, but these you will need to get yourself. You can speak with me via phone, as I can provide you with a lot of information. Remember that no single Dr. at this time agrees on what should, and should not be used in this regimen. I feel that by taking all of their knowledge, and systematically routing through the research that we can combine it all to make an optimal routine which will provide a higher chance of success. Please understand that if the optimal regimen is not implemented to the most tedious detail that it may decrease the chances of it being effective.
