"The Sopranos" HBO's series providing an insider's view into the life of a New Jersey mobster has scored points with the critics, won numerous awards, and developed a solid fan base. The show's fascinating characters, gripping storylines, and its excellent actors make it worth owning to watch more than once. Season One, Two, and Three are currently available in boxed sets and one, or all, would make any holiday special for your friends or family who went into mourning when "The Sopranos" was on hiatus for a year. Movies Minority Report -Released on December 17th Steven Speilberg's adaptation of Philip K. Dick's short story provides a view of a world where a new "Pre-Crime" division stops murder before it occurs, and a look at how such a system can fail. With dazzling special effects and first-rate performances from Tom Cruise, Samantha Morton, and Max Von Sydow, Minority Report offers something for fans of both crime films and science fiction. The Usual Suspects-Special Edition Brian Grazer's 1995 film which posed the question, "Who is Keyser Soze?" has become a cult classic and was the film that really put Kevin Spacey on the map. Aided by Christopher McQuarrie's labyrinthine screenplay and the performances of a great ensemble cast including Spacey, Gabriel Byrne, Stephen Baldwin, Benecio del Toro, Kevin Pollock, and Chazz Palminteri, this a must-have for any crime film buff.
