Be insistent that an employee put away items when he is finished with them. Make it a rule that ten minutes before quitting time, all areas are cleared and straightened as much as possible. You spent time at the beginning of going into business organizing and having a place for items, ingrain in the employee this same organizational skill. He might have the sloppiest car in the world, but while in your business space, neatness is the creed.

For a change, how about some Fun Time Wasters? All work and no play . . . you know the rest.
