During the time when you feel motivated and energetic, take advantage of that energy and schedule important projects. When your energy is low, do a task that is more routine and doesn't require a lot of thinking or physical action. PERFECTION is the ultimate, but if excellence is the best you can do, strive for excellence. You must have a quality product to compete in the crazy world of business. But it does not have to be "perfect." Avoid perfectionism in things that are marginal or secondary. Stick to your estimate of the time needed to accomplish the goal of creating an "excellent," quality product. But there are those who must strive for perfection.
