4. Budget each day. Go easy, leave time to think, but use self-control and know what you want to accomplish. See the different perspectives these two sites on Self-Control I and Self-Control II have: Rush through what you don't like to do. Don't put something off because you dread the task, get it over with so it's OFF your mind. 5. You deserve time for yourself. Take the time and don't feel guilty. If necessary, make an appointment with yourself for an hour a day. Use the hour to do what YOU want - read, paint, take a bubble bath, or have quiet time. 6. Don't overburden your memory. Making lists can be a big help. Have paper and pencil in all convenient spots for quick notes. If you write something down that you want to remember, you can forget about it.
