Homemade Flavored Vinegars



Mix with equal amounts of oil for a salad dressing or marinate beef for 2-3 hours


2 spigs parsley
2 sprigs basil
3 c. red wine vinegar

Place the herbs in a sterile wine bottle and pour the vinegar into the bottle. Seal with a cork and let sit for 2-3 weeks before using.
