YES I Bonsai NOT

Basically, you need a nice potato. Just put the potato on a plate, stick it in the dark and forget about it until next time you need something else, like a cake pan, from that dark dank storage place. Voila! Bonsai potato! It makes me smile every time I have to bake a cake. And I have photos to prove it.

Best of all, there is no doubt in my mind who owns that potato, "bonsai" or not.

Barbara and Natalie - my B&B friend and potato grower loved the potato bonsai - she admits she gets them all the time. As for the B&B aspect, I suspect that the Health Dept would not look too favoura ...
