Bulbs of Afghanistan
I have mentioned an array of bulbs here, but certainly not all of the bulbs found in Afghanistan. I hope you will try some of these bulbs, both the more common and those lesser known, in your garden. When you purchase species bulbs, as with any wildflower, please make sure they are not collected from the wild but instead are propagated in the nursery.
And by all means, plant the bulbs NOW (before the ground freezes) so you can enjoy them next spring!
