In my garden? Last time someone asked me what something special was I believe I said in that infuriatingly vague sort of way "Oh, some plant... pretty, isn't it?" But then if I asked if perhaps it would be nice to take a bit of that pretty plant home, then that gardener too would have an unlabeled plant in yet another garden, along with a story to tell about how it got there. That in fact is how I have plants I call descriptive if not altogether catchy names like "Selda's iris" and "those pink things from Emily".

So maybe the name on the label isn't as important as some would lead us to believe. Or is it?

Just in case you are firmly resolved and in the market for yet more labels.....Check out the possibilities!
