Now here is a more deliberately careful and rosy garden, smaller, more controlled and in town as well. Is this Foxton Garden a good cottage garden? It is full of roses, after all.

Still searching for cottage gardens, I found an inimitable little (brace yourself) garden scene at The Crones Cottage. I think these crone creatures are absolutely great entries in the Fourth Annual Suite101.com Tacky Yard Art Contest.
