Where have my articles been?

For the last month I have been MIA. I am making it back just after my own flare. How often do we have tiny flares and forget to mention it to the family? For myself, too often for me to count.

During the last month my own fibromyalgia has been beating me up and putting me through some pretty hefty problems. This flare has included pain, irritability, forgetfulness and yes even a bought of bronchitis.

This morning I woke up feeling more in charge and wondering exactly what I had forgotten to get done. Well, here I am asking for your understanding. My flare left me distant from the computer and confused as too what deadlines I had made and those that I had missed.

Its not unusual for me to miss things. Personally fibromyalgia has devastated my life by making my mind a muddled mess. However after a month of being lost I am returning to a regular schedule and hope that my loyal readers are still out there.

As fall/winter sets in we will be needing to find our warmest clothing, comfortable shoes, and a good heating pad. Sadly during our national tradgedy many of us have been shocked and fallen into flares. Some of our members are calling it a flare due to weather while others find their minds reeling from the sheer magnitude of the National tradgedy. Lets turn our minds to the future dealing with the stress and pain of what is going on and making a calmer tomorrow so that we can control our pain and relieve the flare that has been caused so recently.
