Yeast, tea, and Fibromyalgia can a tea help reduce your pain?

Jul 25, 2001 - © Barb Briley

can create my own energy or calmative formulas for a lot less expense than $1.79 a bottle. Not to mention the fact that due to my bodies poor reaction to sugar I can easily create a diet version I just love!

So Pau D'Arco is an excellent way to establish some balance in your body without a lot of other hassles! Did it relieve my Fibromyalgia pain? Well, for some of us it does others it becomes a tool helpful in preventing infections, and fungus. Personally I feel it was beneficial and I decided to keep it in my cupboard all the time. You may want to too.

Remember yeast feeds off of sugar so if you have a yeast problem reduce your sugar intake as much as possible. The symptoms of severe yeast over production can include all the symptoms of Fibromyalgia, arthritis or many other things you would not expect.

One of the most obvious symptoms can be raw tongue and throat to relieve these symptoms: Floss and rinse with Listerine. I use a half-and-half mix of scope and Listerine, and then rinse again with Pau D'Arco. Remember to spit out the mix and don't drink it. You can however drink the rest of the cup of tea that does not have mouthwash in it.

Remember this simple tea called Pau D' ARCO can be found at GNC and cost about five dollars for 20 tea bags. However, this is significantly cheaper than yeast medications either over the counter or from the doctor.

Please remember I am not a doctor and this is only a reference be sure to check with your doctor or Pharmacist PRIOR to using herbs or vitamins. DO NOT change your diet or medications without your doctor's approval.
