I hesitated, "Nah I think I will wait." is what I said to myself and I did wait. Members of the Internet were telling me it worked. Others said it was too nasty to stomach I waited a little longer. Finally I decided the literature said it was relatively safe. What would it hurt to try one cup? I purchased a box of the bitter stuff at one of my local GNC stores. Do not use them per bottle dosage recommendation as MOST bottles are labeled for adults!) If that wasn't enough, upon research, I found out that it is an excellent fungicide known to cure some of the worst toenail fungus out there! Go figure! In the interest of being able to drink this bitter stuff I took a cue from the herbal drink market and started mixing it with other teas creating my own designer tea drinks with, mint, ginseng, green tea and some standard tea. I enjoy this drink and depending on how I combine them I can
