Where is nutritional researching taking Fibromyalgia Treatment?

Where is nutritional researching taking Fibromyalgia Treatment? For most of our experiences the answer would be absolutely nowhere. Actually there is a hidden area of research that is actually making advances.

These are the many companies telling us they have the magic supplement to heal us. Some of them are real and others are a bunch of hooey. How can we tell the difference?

There are some basics you want to consider. You don’t want to take marketers’ “personal cure stories” too seriously, but don’t totally ignore them. Then again don’t believe that it is holy gospel and the truth. They are still selling what they are talking about.

This is why in my club and sites I resist the urge to SELL any one product. I host a few banners however I do NOT sell anything in particular. This has resulted in some pretty angry people on occasion. It has also resulted in some pretty persistent campaigns to my e-mail.

Just because this person says it works doesn’t mean a thing. You actually do not want to trust all those reports the companies show you either.

Research results can be made to say what a company wants them to. This can be done easily, by setting up the test so that there is no control group or long term tracking of the participants in the test. Looks great on paper but it can all be deceptive.

Independent testing NOT funded by the company is usually the best source of information and research. This research should also be supported by control and placebo test groups, which have taken varying amounts of the supplement.

Now that you figure taking a look at it won’t hurt me. Let us look at the next question, what is in it?

Things to watch for; known allergens or irritants, excess sugar or milk, oversized or bulky tablets or servings, vague ingredients or generic ingredient listings such as “vitamins”.

You of course want to know EXACTLY what is in this miracle you are about to buy. First and foremost know what is in the supplement. Look for a detailed ingredient list. This is how to be sure you are not buying just a 1200mg vitamin C tablet.

Many of these wonderful formulas are the SAME! You compare one product for $24.00 and another similar or nearly identical formula of the same size and the second bottle is $48.00. This is disgusting at best. Keep in mind why would you pay $40 for a bottle of vitamins that you can buy singularly for less and possibly in better dosage sizes.
