The nutritional list that helped me.

Here is a plan to help you begin your recovery and send Fibromyalgia into remission. My doctors gave me little or no hope. The only promise my own doctors could make me was that it would not kill me and that the narcotics available would not help. Instead of doing all that they could, they suggested counseling. I have suggested that there was another answer. For myself and maybe for you, I have found one. Today I consider myself in remission. Each day is a treasure when I am pain free. However, I know that certain ingredients are only needed for a short time to cause a flare. Although parts of me still hurt, the overall severe pain is gone. The areas that remain are my knee and my shoulder, the right ones. Both of these areas have been severely injured over the years. The pain in them may actually be a constant thing that I cannot ever get rid of. Hey, I can live with that. I do not expect a full remission at all times. The ebb and flow of natural body functions and aging will change my needs as I change. Our condition makes our bodies so delicate. The smallest thing goes wrong and we spiral into weeks of misery. I had to carry a baby without pain pills. It was touch and go for 9 months. The whole time I suffered, got foggy, and wondered and worried about my girl having all kinds of deformities. God has blessed me with a perfect little girl and I rejoice in it every second that I have her. The point of telling you this is that I had to wait until I was done nursing to increase my vitamins. I didn't want the baby getting an overdose of some vitamin that could become toxic. So with that in mind, I want to caution you and explain few things. For starters, the RDA of vitamins (Recommended Daily Allowance) is a suggested dosage needed to sustain life. This dosage is NOT the full amount needed to promote healthy or active living. This government standard was set as a guideline and created years ago to aid the American people in their daily choices. Secondly, all herbs and vitamins can have different effects on each person. All people are individualistic in that they have different metabolisms or a deficiency that they are not aware of. Step three, if at all possible get basic blood work done. Please remember more is not always better when dealing with supplements, vitamins or medicines of any type whether they are modern or naturopathic.
