The sites reviewed below are all "Webware" websites. These are so cool, especially for people who are new to the internet, and want to design websites, or even for those who just don't have the time to make their own graphics, etc.

This is cool and totally autmoated also. Test background and text color values in ColorTag. This is a great way to see what you are picturing in your head on screen first before implementing different color schemes.
