Welcome to the latest issue of Cool/Great Sites! This is part three of a three-part series of articles which contain a collection of really awesome halloween websites which I have found through lots of browsing around the internet to find the coolest and most unique sites dealing with halloween. Jack-O-Lantern.com. This is the most comprehensive home of Jack-O-Lantern history, techniques, tools, free patterns and information on the World Wide Web. Jack-O-Lantern.com will help you create your own "spooktacular" versions of Halloween's most famous icon. They offer history, portraits, a gallery, links, and much more. Definitely a good one to bookmark for many halloweens to come!
Elycia's Real Audio Spooktacular. This is a really cool site. It features a huge selection of spooky music, but it's not your everyday ordinary midi/wav site. These are all real audio music files! You must have the real audio player to hear these files. Enjoy! Categories include: classical, movies, musicals, monster music, Edgar Allan Poe and scary stories, and thriller and other dance hits!
Original Scary Halloween Stories and Poems by Halloween Tales. This site features halloween poems and other assorted spooky poems, stories and tales. It has some really cool graphics and is a fun place to visit.
Halloween Recipes. Put on your aprons and let's hit the kitchen! It's time to get all those ghoulish dishes ready for halloween! This site features recipes, cake decorating, tips and planning, shopping, books, and fun and sweepstakes!
Halloween Magazine: Family, Safety, Crafts, Trick-or-Treat and More. This is an awesome site, featuring everything halloween - articles, costumes, activities, recipes, teachers, history, books, downloads, decorations and much more! A really cool site worth bookmarking!
The Temple of Luna. This is a really cool werewolf site. If you're a werewolf fan, you'll love this one. It features short stories, drawings, links, a contest, fan art, paintings, books and more. You can also join their mailing list for updates and more info.
Igor's Fright Shack. This is a really cool site. Definitely creepy, with great graphics. You'll find categories like: The Moonlit Tour, The Legend of the Fright Shack, Build your own Haunted House, Download Graveyard (halloween downloads), Fright Chat, The Moonlite Cafe, The Book of Souls, Prop Builders' Page, and Links. Enjoy your stay!
