7 Cups Cucumbers (Thinly Sliced) 1 Cup Bell Pepper (Coarsely Chopped) 1 Cup White Onion (Thinly Sliced) 2 Tablespoons Salt 1 Tablespoon Celery Seed 2 Cups Sugar 1 Cup White Vinegar In a large glass bowl, mix together the Onions, Cucumbers, and Bell Peppers. Sprinkle the mixture with the Salt and Celery Seed. Toss to mix. Combine the Sugar and Vinegar in a medium saucepan. Heat and stir until the Sugar is completely dissolved and then allow the mixture to cool. After the Vinegar mixture is cooled, pour it over the Cucumber/Onion mixture, stir to mix well and place in lidded jars. Store in the refrigerator. These pickles may be made in the morning and then served that evening for dinner. <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< Remember, nothing beats some Home-Made pickles during this hot Summer season.
