Well, I hope all of you had a great Valentine's Holiday. We sure did. I fixed Grandma a special meal and even baked her a cake--German Chocolate since that's her favorite.

This week we're just gonna take the easy way out and still have some great eating. Simply break out the trusty 'ole Crock Pot and enjoy the following recipes.

Let's get cooking. <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<

2-3 Cloves Garlic (Minced)

1 Bay Leaf

1 teaspoon Paprika

4-6 Large Carrots (Peeled and Sliced)

4-5 Medium Potatoes (Peeled and Diced)
