NOTE: To remove the Salt Crust, you may have to break it with a hammer.

Remove the Salt Crust and brush away any loose Salt Crystals before carving the Roast

Carve the Roast into the desired thickness and serve with a good Horseradish Sauce. <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<

Along with the Roast, serve several side dishes of your favorite Vegetables, some freshly baked Dinner Rolls and a special dessert and you'll have a meal that'll please almost anyone.

Don't forget to start the meal with one--or both--of the salad recipes that I gave you last week.

Next week, I'll give you some dessert ideas.

Good Cooking,

Grandpaw
