NOTE: To remove the Salt Crust, you may have to break it with a hammer.
Remove the Salt Crust and brush away any loose Salt Crystals before carving the Roast Carve the Roast into the desired thickness and serve with a good Horseradish Sauce. <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< Along with the Roast, serve several side dishes of your favorite Vegetables, some freshly baked Dinner Rolls and a special dessert and you'll have a meal that'll please almost anyone.
